When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped after payment has been received. Sometimes that is the same day. Usually the order is delivered within a few days, but because we outsource that, we cannot give a delivery date.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made via IDEAL/Mollie and Stripe. However, that is not available for all destinations. It is also possible to pay via our bank details or via PayPal. Because this is processed manually, we may charge extra costs for this.

Do you want to have something shipped outside the Netherlands?

Our shipping rates are based on shipping within the Netherlands. When you place an order, we may charge a different rate. We will contact you.

You can place your order in the normal way. You take all steps but stop at the payment (with us this is standard Mollie / Ideal). We can then see your shopping cart. You send us a message via Whatsapp and request payment via our bank details. You can choose from Rabobank or ING. When the payment is completed, we will place the order.
